How much does it cost?

A single payment, no subscription. Creating it is free and you pay only once, when you publish; that payment covers everything you need: the save the date, the fourteen sections, the languages, the seating plan and the catering sheets. Nothing is locked or capped: there are no guest limits, no features to unlock with extra payments and no monthly renewals.

How long does it stay online?

Twelve months after the wedding. That is ample time to share it, gather the last replies and look back at it calmly. If you postpone the date, we extend the period to match the new one. After that it can be renewed from the dashboard; until then there is nothing you need to do.

How is the invitation put together?

You pick a template and fill in your details: about 15 minutes. Choose a design from the collection, add your names, the date, the venue and the timeline, and switch on only the sections you need. When it looks finished you publish it and share the link by WhatsApp, email or QR code; the dashboard shows who has opened it and who has replied, and you can keep changing it until the wedding day itself. Building it and seeing it finished costs nothing: you pay when you publish.

Can I edit the invitation after sending it?

Yes, right up to the wedding day. Change the time, the venue, the text or the design from the editor and your guests see the updated version instantly. The link never changes.

How do guests receive the invitation?

With a link: WhatsApp, email or a QR code. It opens straight in the phone’s browser — no app to download, no account to create. That same link works for the save the date, for the invitation, and for checking it the day before the wedding.

What can I ask them when they RSVP?

Menu, allergies, plus-ones and up to three questions of your own. In the RSVP form you can enable menu selection, allergies, named plus-ones and the coach or accommodation. You can also add up to three questions of your own, with a yes or no answer: “Coming to the pre-wedding dinner?”, “Staying for brunch?”.

Do I get notified when someone confirms?

Yes, straight away and with everything they picked. You get an email with the name, the answer, each guest’s menu and any allergies. If they left an email address, the guest also receives their own confirmation, in the language they were reading the invitation in. It all stays in your dashboard too.

Can I have the invitation in several languages?

Yours and up to two more. You choose the main language and can offer two more, from a wide list — Catalan, Galician and Basque are among them. You write it once, each guest reads it in their own language from the invitation itself, and their answers always reach you in yours, at no extra cost.

Can I build the seating plan and hand the numbers to the caterer?

Yes, and the plan produces the catering sheet. Pick a room template or create the tables one by one — round, imperial, U-shaped, head table or a serpentine — and seat each guest with their own, from those who have already replied. The plan is to real scale: if two tables touch on screen, they touch in the room. That sheet, ready to print, shows who sits where, how many of each menu there are and who has an allergy.

What is a save the date and when do you send it?

The same invitation, in cover mode. It’s the note that books the date in your guests’ diaries, 9 to 12 months ahead, with your names, the date and the city. At ETERNAMENTE it’s the same invitation in cover mode, so the link that announces the date today fills out with the venue, the schedule and the RSVPs once you have it all settled.
