Your seating chart, and the sheet for the caterer
Tables are created with the actual shape and dimensions of the room, and you seat every guest yourselves. From there, the count the caterer will ask you for is worked out for you: how many of each menu and who has allergies, table by table.
Built from the guests
who already replied
- Round, banquet, U-shaped and top tables, or a serpentine built from rental modules
- Drawn to the scale of the room, so the setup fits on the day
- Drag each guest to their own chair, and split a family across two tables
- Menus and allergies are counted for you, table by table
- Four sheets to print, as PDF and up to 70 × 100 cm
Four sheets,
one for each team
