How much does a bespoke invitation cost?
It depends on the scope: adapting the palette of a design from the collection is not the same as drawing a whole invitation. Tell us what you want and you will have a firm price and timeline within 24-48 hours, with no commitment. It is still a single payment, with no subscriptions and no cost per guest.
Can I see it finished before paying?
The complete invitation, yes: you create it, fill it in and see all of it without entering a card, and payment comes when you want your guests to be able to open it. Bespoke commissions are worked through reviews, because there is work on our side first: we show you the result and adjust it with the rounds of changes set out in the quote. Nothing is published without your approval.
Do we have to email you our details?
No. You go into your dashboard and tell us about your wedding there, calmly and whenever suits you, with no forms to fill in and no email chains. We take it from there and build it for you. And if the details change later —a time, the menu, someone joining—, you change them from your dashboard, with no waiting and without asking us for anything.
What exactly is an exclusive design?
A new design, drawn for your wedding, that is not in the collection and is never published: it stays reserved for your invitation and no other couple can choose it. Illustrations, ornaments, fonts, icons and colours, all made for your idea. What it does share with the rest are the sections —cover, countdown, dedication, details, schedule, RSVP, gifts…— and which ones appear is up to you, from the dashboard. What we do not do is invent new sections: that repertoire is what makes the dashboard, the RSVP and the table plan work just as well.
If we commission a bespoke invitation, do we also pay the €69?
No. The quote is the final price and includes the complete invitation, the guest dashboard and the table plan, so it is not added to the collection price.
Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes: there's no subscription and no automatic renewal. The invitation stays active until twelve months after the wedding; after that, you renew it from the dashboard if you'd like to keep it.
What happens if we postpone the wedding?
The period is counted from the wedding date, so if the date changes, we adjust it to the new one.
Which currency do I pay in?
You can pay in your own currency: the price is shown and charged in eight currencies, and we accept card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you pay in euros, Bizum too.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, with our 14-day guarantee: if the invitation doesn’t win you over, write to us within 14 days of payment and we will refund the full amount, as long as no guest has replied yet. From that moment the invitation is no longer available to your guests. Bespoke commissions are not covered, because they are worked on with you beforehand: they are reviewed with the rounds of changes set out in the quote, and nothing is published without your approval.
