Wedding datecalculator

Enter the wedding date and you will get the seven key dates for your planning, worked out to the day. They go into your phone's calendar with one tap, with a reminder two days before each one, with no account and nothing to pay.

Your sending calendar

Enter the wedding date and we will work out each deadline to the exact day.

Why those dates
and not others.

Each date strikes a balance: the invitation should not arrive so early that it is saved “for later” and forgotten, nor so late that diaries are already full. Nine months out you ask guests to keep the day free; four months out you send all the details; and six weeks out you remind, just once, anyone who has not replied.

The last two dates are not about sending anything, and they are the ones most often forgotten: the seating plan is prepared once the numbers are settled, so it does not have to be redone several times, and the final list goes to the caterer two weeks before.

With an ETERNAMENTE invitation, the replies, the menus and the allergies are counted automatically, so those two tasks no longer take a whole afternoon with a spreadsheet.
