A list that counts itself
by group and by side

A guest list is written by invitation and counted by people: “Anna and Paul Smith” is one row and two places at the table. The template keeps that count and, separately, the children and babies, those travelling in and list B.

The groups come with your names already in them —each of your families, friends and work— and Summary shows how many you are by group and by side, with list B and without it.

With an ETERNAMENTE invitation, the Guests tab pastes straight into the dashboard, and replies, menus and allergies are counted for you.

What's in the guest list template?
The guest tab with your groups (each of your families, friends and work), list A and list B, and a summary that counts how many you are by group and on whose side.
How are guests counted?
By people, not by rows: “Anna and Paul Smith” is one row and two seats. Children, babies and guests travelling from away are counted separately.
What is list B?
The people you'll invite if there's room. Unmarked, a guest counts as list A, and the summary tells you how many you are with list B and without it.
Does it open in Google Sheets?
Yes, in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets. We ask for your email to download it.
Can we move the list into the digital invitation?
Yes. At ETERNAMENTE the guest list is free and the Guests tab pastes in as it is. Once you activate the invitation, you send it to each guest and see who confirms.
