Wedding checklistwith your dates

Enter your wedding date and we put everything that's left in order, with what's due now at the very top and each task with its date. No account and nothing to pay: whatever you tick stays in this browser.

A list that sorts itself
around your date.

The usual wedding checklists go by fixed months: twelve months before, nine months before. If you are getting married in eight, half the list arrives late and doesn't say what to do about it. Here each task has its own date, and anything you've missed moves to the top instead of staying behind.

The seven invitation dates — save the date, guest list, invitation, reminder, RSVP deadline, seating plan and the list for the caterer — are the ones from our date calculator.

With an ETERNAMENTE invitation, replies, menus and allergies are counted for you, and the seating plan is built from them.

Frequently asked
questions

What do you need to do to plan a wedding?
Thirty tasks, from setting the budget and booking the venue to sending the final list to the caterer. With your date, each one gets its own day, and anything you've missed moves to the top.
How far ahead should you start?
The first things a year before: the budget, the venue, the ceremony and a rough guest count. Photography and video about ten months before, and the paperwork about seven.
What if our wedding is less than a year away?
Ordinary checklists go by fixed months, so half of them fall behind. Here anything you've missed moves to the top as overdue, so you know where to start.
Can I download the checklist in Excel?
Yes, with every task and its date. We ask for your email to download it, and it also opens in Numbers and Google Sheets.
Does it remind you of what's due?
Yes. Add the reminders to your phone's calendar: each task reminds you two days before, and three weeks before if it takes time.
